Music Center Reopening Guidelines & Policies

• Only fully vaccinated members can attend in-person programs at the music center. Proof of vaccination is required

• Masks and social distancing of 6 feet will be enforced at the music center at all times

• Daily temperature checks and health questionnaires will be required for all members, escorts, volunteers, and staff 
with clear, acceptable responses in order to be admitted into the music center 

• All members are required to sign a participation acknowledgement  

• When required, only one family member or caregiver will be permitted to escort members

• Members are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled lesson or class and must exit the building immediately

• Transportation coordination and assistance are the responsibility of the participant’s PCA or family (ex. Access-A-Ride)

• No food, or beverages will be available for sale at the center. Continuing with DMF policy, members should not bring in outside food and will be limited to carry in bottled waters only

• PCAs or family 
members are required to address all personal care/hygiene needs
