Please enjoy our new concert series - DMF Common Chords, where we pair musicians from diverse backgrounds to share their musical gifts with all. For our first event, attendees had an opportunity to get to know our featured artists, Robbie Harte and Melissa Modifer, as they each perform a 25-minute set and then answer some questions during this free, one-hour event hosted on our YouTube Channel on May 28, 2020.

About the Featured Artists

Robbie Harte

Originally from Montreal, Canada, Robbie Harte is a Singer/Songwriter/ recording artist based in Long Island, NY using her voice to uplift and inspire others. Robbie’s unique musical style is described as compelling, inspirational, emotional, powerfully strong, and yet easy listening. Melissa Modifer

Melissa Modifer is a singer-songwriter from California who aspires to inspire others through the healing power of music. With a background in theater, her songs are lyrically driven with powerful melodies that aim to connect with people on a very deep level. She has a live album, Melissa Modifer Live at Rockwood Music Hall, recorded in 2017 and available everywhere and has also written two musicals (one of them written alongside DMF instructor Brittany Dorazio) that expand the boundaries of traditional musical theater.
